She built LIFT because she lived the gap herself, working in rooms where her faith, values, and way of carrying herself were not always understood. Her work helps leaders grow how they show up, communicate, and decide, without separating their ambition from their amanah and niyyah. She works alongside the leaders she coaches, not just ahead of them.
